Living in Obarrio
Obarrio combines residential buildings with commercial and professional activity. Its city location may be convenient if your routine centres on Calle 50 and Vía España. The actual journey matters more than a promise of proximity: check crossings, pavements and the building entrance at the times you would use them.
Three projects, different layouts
Heritage Select brings together MOVA, Boreal and KYTE in Obarrio. Boreal publishes four families from 54 to 108 m²; MOVA’s 2025 plans provide references by tower and floor. For KYTE, request the current layout information. Do not combine one revision’s areas with another’s prices: a quotation should identify the same home and plan version.
Making a useful comparison
First define the number of bedrooms and work space you need. Then review balconies, laundry, parking and storage. A coworking amenity does not automatically replace a home office. Floor, orientation and distance from neighbouring buildings can change the experience between two apartments with the same layout.
A visit before deciding
Visit during a typical working day and at another time to understand local activity. Compare Obarrio with San Francisco if nearby green space matters, or Bella Vista if you want a connection with the Cinta Costera. Heritage can help organise these alternatives and prepare a visit with specific questions about your chosen homes.
How to read MOVA’s references
MOVA’s plans distinguish layouts by tower and floor. This matters when comparing: a model name alone does not explain the home’s position or which revision applies. Open the plan, locate the windows, balcony and circulation between living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Then ask Heritage to match that reference to the home being offered. When two documents show different areas, the applicable revision needs clarification before comparison; the more favourable figure should not be chosen automatically.
Boreal: floor area and how it works
Boreal offers four layout families as a starting point: 54, 66, 78 and 108 m². The smallest has one bedroom; the 66 and 78 m² layouts have two, and the 108 m² layout has three. Look at how each area is allocated: an additional bedroom, guest bathroom or circulation space may address different needs. The reference from US$210,600 relates to a specific entry in the October 2026 list, not a uniform price across floors or layouts.
From the building to your daily routine
Organise an Obarrio visit around your usual activities. Start at the building, follow the journey to work or a service you use frequently, and return to the pedestrian entrance. If you drive, check garage access and passenger pickup or delivery arrangements. Inside the home, observe light and privacy from the positions where you would place a desk and bed. These observations help you choose among Heritage’s options using your own criteria, alongside photographs, bedroom counts and amenity lists.
