A neighbourhood that varies by street
San Francisco brings together different residential scales and an active urban setting. Buildings have different relationships with Parque Omar, commercial roads and the Multiplaza area. Prepare your search around an actual address and daily routine, as well as the size of the home.
The Heritage selection in San Francisco
X The Building is on Calle 73 and publishes 67 and 90 m² references. THE HUB, on Calle 74, has four documented layouts, although its collection is marked sold out. BeLIVING is presented on Calle 67. ALIVE and EUPHORIA are in the Multiplaza area, near Punta Pacífica. Each page retains these differences to help you organise a useful visit.
What to check near Parque Omar
If the park is part of your routine, walk from the building to the entrance you would use. Observe slopes, shade and crossings rather than assuming every short route feels the same on foot. Review nearby commercial activity and the sounds reaching the home, both during the day and in the evening.
Compare the home before the amenity list
Amenities for work, sport and relaxation can enrich the experience, but compare them with your actual habits. Ask about use conditions, hours and included costs. Then review the home’s layout, storage, light and privacy. Heritage can organise your options alongside Coco del Mar, Obarrio or Punta Pacífica without confusing their locations.
Two starting points: Calles 73 and 74
X The Building and THE HUB offer different reference points within San Francisco. X’s 67 and 90 m² references help narrow the area you need; the typical-floor drawing locates models within a floor and should be read in that context. THE HUB remains in the portfolio with its sold-out status visible. Its layouts can help explain what you like while Heritage confirms alternatives. A published project page does not itself represent a home that can be reserved.
The Multiplaza and Punta Pacífica surroundings
ALIVE and EUPHORIA are presented around Multiplaza, near Punta Pacífica. That proximity does not change their classification within this San Francisco guide. Compare actual routes, access roads, crossings and entrances on either side of the area. Heritage’s Punta Pacífica page shows these as nearby alternatives, allowing you to broaden the search without confusing their location with Ocean Reef or a waterfront address.
A visit to test your priorities
For a useful San Francisco visit, first choose two or three projects with suitable floor areas. Allow time for both the street and the apartment, as well as social areas. For working from home, consider desk placement and separation from sleeping spaces. If the park is part of your routine, include that journey. Heritage can help compare your observations with the project information and record questions about fees, amenity use, parking and purchase terms.
Bring these three topics.
- Specific street and entrance
- Journey to your activities
- Availability by home
Does every project in the guide have available homes?
No. The pages let you explore the portfolio. THE HUB is marked sold out in the collection reviewed; ask Heritage about alternatives. For every other project, the home and current offer must also be verified.
